Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and contributing to the team's success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of our organization.
