Lumber Inventory System Implementation Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lumber Inventory System Implementation Specialist to join our team at MillTech Inventory Management Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless implementation of our leading lumber inventory system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate Client Business and IT Needs: Conduct thorough business process reviews to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Implementation Management: Develop and execute implementation plans, documenting and reporting on project status to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide Training and End-User Support: Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our lumber inventory system.
- Day-to-Day Support: Offer prompt and effective support to clients, addressing any technical or operational issues that may arise.
**Requirements:**
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with in-the-mill mobile data collection is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
