Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our team at Capilano Volkswagen Inc.
Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Scheduling and Organization: Establish and manage work schedules to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to individuals with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, mature workers, and visible minorities to support their career development and growth.
- Job Type: Permanent position
- Language: English
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week
