Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Customer Welcome Specialist is to greet prospective customers and determine the nature of their visit. You will direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notify the appropriate Product/Service Advisor that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customers to advisor.
You will also answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person. Additionally, you will control and track loaner vehicles and their conditions, assist in moving loaner and guest vehicles into designated areas, perform customer follow-up duties by phone, and keep customer lounge area presentable and tidy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), ability to work well with both internal and external customers, ensuring all guests are helped. You should also be able to multitask, work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted, and have a valid British Columbia Driver's License Class 5 with a clean drivers abstract.
A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and recognizing the value you bring to our organization.
