About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Aecon Nuclear. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our nuclear business, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities in domestic, US, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to support the overall growth of Aecon Nuclear
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and monitor opportunities, pursuits, and sales activity from identification to award of business
  • Provide advice and liaison to senior members of the Operating Sector (Nuclear) and clients
  • Develop and maintain market analysis through research and digital sources
  • Develop regular reporting and business intelligence for the Nuclear sector
Requirements
  • P.Eng. or equivalent technical background
  • Commercial knowledge of contract risks and terms
  • Ability to analyze data and identify relevant trends
