Sales and Marketing Director

Busology Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing representatives to source new business and generate leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor research to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Submit accurate and timely forecasts and reports to senior leadership
- 5-7 years of direct professional sales experience with successful software sales
- 5+ years of sales and/or marketing management experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Solid financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales and marketing team environment
