Job Title: High-Pressure Equipment Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment London. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our high-pressure equipment product line.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an industrial equipment sales environment.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays.
