As a Risk Manager at Graham, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the prequalification process for subcontractors. This includes ensuring that they have the necessary experience and financial capabilities to successfully perform work on our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with 7+ years of experience in a related field. A CRM professional designation and construction industry experience are assets. The successful candidate will be able to maintain high standards of accuracy under tight deadlines and possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

  • About the Role:
  • This position involves completing subcontractor risk assessments, managing our subcontractor default insurance program, and driving risk management best practices.
  • You will also assist in leading an exceptional team of risk professionals, with an emphasis on coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to achieve great results.
  • This role requires strong public speaking skills, experience training small and medium groups, and highly developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
