Job Description

As Senior Risk Lead, you will be involved in ensuring the delivery of best practice risk management activities, initiating a proactive approach to review, development and improvement of the risk management service, undertaking end-to-end project risk management practice, creating risk management plans and processes, and conducting risk reviews.

You will lead and conduct a comprehensive schedule and cost qualitative risk assessment process, establish integration of the risk management function within the program, develop risk response strategies, and maintain risk mitigation process.

You will also work proactively and collaboratively with program and project teams to eliminate redundancies and identify opportunities for improvement, facilitate the transfer of knowledge within the immediate risk team and to the client organization, and review and hold Lesson Learned workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience working on major projects preferably in Energy and Natural Resources and infrastructure with minimum last 5 years directly in Program/Project Risk Management.

You will have multi-disciplinary functional and project experience within a Program Management or Program Controls, Project Services environment, strong knowledge of risk modeling, and familiarity with Risk Software such as Safran, ARM, @Risk, Oracle PRA, Crystal Ball.

A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent in relevant discipline is required, and gained or working towards Project Management / Risk Management certifications are an asset.
