Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Respond to and resolve student inquiries, providing detailed information on programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that students, parents, and faculty receive timely and accurate support.
  • Advising and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate the enrolment process and make informed decisions about their academic journey.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring that our student services are efficient and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and support across the university.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Experience: 3 years' related experience, including 1 year in a dedicated student or customer service setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to students and staff in a variety of settings. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
