We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at World of Advertising Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, purchasing, human resources and other administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • or equivalent experience
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
