Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Global Banking and Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sales activities related to the distribution of fixed income cash and fixed income derivative products in the primary and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new business and further develop existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with key partners across the Corporate and Investment Bank to define client strategy and market derivative products.
  • Foster new and existing client relationships, including cross-selling existing relationships across other areas and product groups.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
  • Market Scotiabank's derivative capabilities across geographies, with a primary focus on leveraging our Latin American footprint.
Requirements:
  • University degree from a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Product knowledge in Latin American markets and/or Project Finance is an asset.
  • All applicable regulatory registrations.
