Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Real Estate Financing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving attractive returns on investments and ensuring the full growth potential of our real estate assets.

The Associate Director will assist the Managing Director and Senior Director with origination, due diligence, and portfolio management, as well as provide analytical and financial modeling support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Real Estate Financing team in achieving attractive returns on investments
  • Assist with origination, due diligence, and portfolio management
  • Provide analytical and financial modeling support
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Senior Director to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional designation (CFA, CPA, AACI, etc.) is an asset
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in real estate finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market trends and relate them to the company's business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
