Job Title: Associate Director, Account Management

At The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada), we're seeking an experienced Associate Director, Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology banking clients and assisting the Director Capital Solution and Relationship Manager in growing the portfolio by structuring competitive financing packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of technology banking clients and assess credit risk in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.
  • Assist the Director Capital Solution and Relationship Manager in growing the portfolio by structuring competitive financing packages.
  • Mentor and assist Associates in monitoring and control activities of the portfolios, including financial covenant tracking and internal bank tracking reports.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and industry developments to contribute insights that enhance the bank's position in the technology sector.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in Commercial Banking, finance, or accounting.
  • Previous experience in modelling and Excel.
