At Woodbridge, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Technician to join our Maintenance Team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled technician who can work independently to solve problems and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, including hydraulic steam presses.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections and repairs, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Use blueprints, drawings, manuals, or other specifications to complete tasks.
  • Operate and repair plant support machinery, boilers, water softeners, compressors, filters, HVAC pumps, and other equipment.
  • Coordinate major repairs and liaise with contractors and other trades as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical problems in a safe manner.
  • Perform welding, soldering, brazing, and use shop machines.
  • Evaluate and implement continuous improvements to processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification 433A.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic steam press operation and maintenance.
