Job Summary

Kuntz Electroplating Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Job
  • This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain complex machinery and equipment
  • Repair and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Conduct limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Prepare and interpret engineering designs, drawings and specifications
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs
  • Test machines and equipment
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year in a related field
  • Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
