Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for RPNs who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Healthcare Professional, you will work independently in clients' homes, providing hands-on care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Estimated Salary Range$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Degree in Registered Practical Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
