The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused photographer to join our team for the upcoming school photography season. As a photographer, you will travel to various schools to conduct photo day sessions, photographing children and adults individually or in groups.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Photograph a variety of subjects, including children and adults, individually or in groups
  2. Setup and break down professional photography equipment
  3. Coordinate the photo session day at the school to ensure an efficient day
  4. Address requests from school administrators, teachers, and students

Requirements

  1. Photography experience is an asset, but not required
  2. Strong customer focus and organization skills
  3. Ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities
  4. Experience working with children is an asset
  5. Reliable transportation with the ability to carry professional photographic equipment
  6. Valid driver's license and car insurance
  7. Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
  8. Legally authorized to work in Canada

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  1. Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  2. Ability to push up to 60lbs using appropriate equipment provided
  3. Ability to stand, walk, bend repetitively for extensive periods of time
  4. Travel required throughout specified region
  5. School environment from Kindergarten to High School
