Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with tour check-ins, greet tour guides and groups, and generate reports for other departments as required.
  • Act as a key member of the crisis and emergency team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Register and check out hotel guests, ensuring all service standards are followed.
  • Assist leadership in performing daily duties, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both official languages (English and French) is a requirement.
  • Previous Front Desk Agent experience in a similar environment is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.
  • Computer literate with exposure to Opera, Property Manager, and Delphi, Word, and Excel is preferred.
  • Active listener, self-starter, and able to make decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and work in a fast-paced environment.
