Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Night Auditor to become a valuable member of our vibrant team. The Night Auditor serves as the primary point of contact during nighttime hours, with responsibilities that include performing as a Front Desk Agent, reconciling accounts from previous shifts, and assisting hotel guests with their needs.

Key Duties

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager or designated representative:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Welcome and greet guests, executing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and manage new reservations.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures accurately.
  • Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guest security through proper management of room keys and personal information.
  • Conduct all night audit operations.
  • Reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts each night.
  • Ensure all daily transactions are accurately accounted for in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain files and prepare the system for the next operational day.
  • Follow up on guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned.

  • Willingness to stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • Availability to work evenings and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with potential adjustments from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
