Area Manager II

This leadership position requires a motivated and customer-focused individual who can engage their team during shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support and mentor hourly workforce to achieve business objectives
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (for sites with stairs)
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience

CompensationThe base salary for this position ranges from $65,500/year up to $109,500/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
