Area Director I or II - Boston North Shore

This strategic and historic Young Life area offers a unique opportunity to develop ministry to high school and middle school students in the surrounding towns. We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee and expand our existing programs in Gloucester and Hamilton-Wenham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand Young Life ministry in the Boston North Shore area.
  • Collaborate with local churches and community organizations to build relationships and increase ministry impact.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of leaders to support ministry efforts.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the Young Life national office and other regional leaders.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in ministry or a related field.
  • Passion for Young Life's mission and values.
