Job Summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Systems Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our fire systems business in Northern Alberta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts, including Suncor/Syncrude, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the fire systems industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including site surveys, system design, and installation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct surveys, determine objectives, and design systems that meet customer needs.
  • Obtain sales by developing new accounts, following up on leads, and servicing existing customers.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing complex fire solutions for large construction projects.
  • Experience managing complex fire projects and dealing with multiple trades.
  • Experience working with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
  • Strong sales experience in B2B services, with a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals.
  • Technical industry knowledge in fire systems or ability to quickly learn the products.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
