Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Systems Sales Representative to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our fire systems business in Northern Alberta, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key accounts, including Suncor/Syncrude, to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our fire systems business in Northern Alberta, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including designing and quoting fire systems solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and regulations to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct surveys, determine objectives, and design fire systems solutions that meet their needs.
  • Obtain sales by developing new accounts, following up on company-generated leads, and servicing the existing customer base.
  • Prepare quotes for new and existing customers, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to Chubb pricing guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in B2B services, with a strong track record of prospecting and closing deals.
  • Technical industry knowledge in fire systems or the ability to quickly learn our products.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated, and a desire to work on a winning team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships, and a strong client service orientation.
  • Adaptable to changing environments, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey a message in an organized, clear, and effective manner.
