Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JCs Banquet & Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in an urban area and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask are required for this role.
