We're seeking an exceptional HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort.



As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for professionally installing HVAC equipment and accessory items, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and local codes. Your attention to detail will guarantee safe operation and correct customer instruction on care and maintenance.



What You Will Do:


  • Contribute to a culture of growth and learning as part of our progressive customer service-oriented team.
  • Install and maintain HVAC systems to the highest standards, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Create positive relationships with customers, offering them opportunities to purchase additional company products and services while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Obtain HVAC leads and enroll in our Customer Performance Program (CPP) to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain our company vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring they remain neat, clean, and safe.
  • Explain the benefits of newer, highly efficient equipment to our customers, enhancing their home comfort experience.

Your Success Factors:




  • A growth mindset, being dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with Reliance.
  • Meeting our general qualifications requirements, having completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Possessing a valid Domestic Gas Fitter B license.
  • Having a Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Being willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
  • Being physically capable of performing all duties associated with this position.
  • Demonstrating clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Showing ability to understand and learn new technologies.
  • Willingness to wear our company-provided uniform.
