Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes
    • Process and follow up on purchase orders
    • Enter and sort invoices
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Technical Skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Word and Excel

Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience in an administrative role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
