Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

Chennai Caters Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to our warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and procurement-related issues
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
