About the Role

Apollo Health & Beauty Care Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Buyer to join our team. As a Retail Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of merchandise for our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management
    • Arrange product displays according to planograms to ensure visually appealing and well-organized store layouts.
  • Supplier Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Negotiations
    • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to optimize purchasing costs.
  • Distribution and Logistics
    • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including store managers and sales teams.
  • Requirements Planning
    • Review requirements of our retail outlets and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Purchasing
    • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that products meet our quality and pricing standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise the work of other buyers to ensure that purchasing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Arrangements
    • Permanent full-time position.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
