Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
