Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Asadi Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
