Retail Store Manager

Asadi Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, cashiers, and other store staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The store is open 35 hours per week, and the supervisor will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
