Job Title: General Manager - Shoba Transportation Inc.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our transportation operations at Shoba Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics and transportation teams, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
