Salary Range

Our salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

This Project Controller role plays a key part in supporting project managers through project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

You will be responsible for providing up-to-date cost reporting, planning assistance, and analytical support to proactively identify potential issues and offer mitigation strategies.

Your expertise in project controls will help you navigate complex project budgets, baseline schedules, and analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.

As a member of our project services group, you will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete project control cycle, from setup to closure, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive issue identification.
  • Maintain and monitor project budgets, changes, commitments, accruals, progress, and forecasts, collaborating with planning and scheduling teams.
  • Participate in regular meetings with project teams, finance, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and objectives are met.
  • Provide periodic assistance in estimating remaining project costs (ETC) and analyze risks (WIP, EV, AR, EAC, BAC, etc.).
  • Prepare and transmit reports on project performance to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in engineering or construction environments.
  • Proven ability to understand complex project planning, scope, schedule, WBS, CBS, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication, team collaboration skills, and bilingual proficiency.
  • EcoSys and Oracle-based Project Management System experience, along with data management and PowerBI reporting skills.
