With your expertise in banking, you'll provide a personalized experience to branch clients and serve as a valuable resource for your team members.

  • Deliver exceptional service by listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations.
  • Offer tailored advice and solutions to meet Personal and Small Business clients' transaction, investment, personal financing, mortgage renewal, insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Support clients throughout the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Contribute to the development of your branch colleagues.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and engagement, serving as a point of reference.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

Your Team

The branch is open one evening a week, offering flexible scheduling options that cater to team availability. As a Senior Banking Advisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager. Your daily work will involve collaborating with a diverse team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent qualification
  • Possess a mutual fund representative (MFR) license
  • Demonstrate advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • Show willingness to share knowledge and assist colleagues in developing their skills
