Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 8815216 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
