About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+ Kenora (Store #1016). As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
Work Environment

As a Cashier at Canadian Tire Gas+ Kenora (Store #1016), you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
