We strive to provide exceptional customer service, create a welcoming store environment, and treat our customers with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and management of the store, including:
- Meeting and exceeding sales and financial targets
- Ensuring proper execution of customer service and merchandising standards
- Controlling expenses and managing customer relations
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales associates
- Ensuring store appearance and maintenance
- Managing inventory and receiving daily/weekly freight trucks
- Implementing loss prevention policies and procedures
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Point of Sale (POS) experience
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and customer-oriented approach
