Job Summary:

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
