Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and excess.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
You will be supervising 3-4 people during your shift.
