Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
