Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
