Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites.

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including emptying trash cans, making minor repairs, and performing safety and security checks.

Responsibilities
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Dependability
  • Reliability
Work Environment

The Building Maintenance Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
