About the Role

Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global SAP QA Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of test analysts to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
  • Develop and implement QA strategies and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Design and execute manual and automated testing scenarios to ensure the quality of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing activities.
  • Manage and coordinate daily software-related testing activities to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of SAP solutions.
  • Identify and document defects found during testing and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on SAP testing.
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis TOSCA and HP ALM.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP/ERP testing, with a focus on performance testing and LoadRunner.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing large QA practices and/or testing programs, with a focus on delivery and project management.
  • Experience working in big consulting firms in their QA and testing practice will be an asset.
