About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Vans Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our human capital strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures

Develop, implement, and maintain effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Development

Design and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract, select, and retain top talent, and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Communication and Engagement

Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees, promote company culture, and foster a positive work environment.

Business Partnership

Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic HR advice and support business objectives, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the company.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, development, and management.

Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
