About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Vans Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Development

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Training and Development

Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Communication and Collaboration

Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.

Senior Management Support

Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide strategic recommendations.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Business Administration and Management

Strong knowledge of business administration and management principles.
