About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Vans Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our human capital strategy and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Design and execute recruitment plans to attract, select, and retain top talent, while also developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Employee Engagement and Communications: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, and ensuring that all employees are informed and aligned with our company goals and values.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions, and develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement.
  • Language: English (fluent).
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
