Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Sioux Lookout Golf and Curling Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
