Job Title: Youth Worker - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Worker to join our team at St. Joseph's Care Group. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior management and group programs for youth
  • Provide support and guidance to youth in a residential setting
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform program development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with youth 16-20 years old and their families
  • Valid Class G driver's license and adequate insurance
  • Demonstrated regular attendance at work
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
