About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in guiding and coaching a high-performing team of customer service representatives.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
